For us to carry out and complete the deliverables in all consults, you will be required to obtain your consumer credit report suggested for compatibility of our systems. If you were referred from a business banker, mortgage broker, real estate representative, and or car dealership, you will still be required to obtain the credit monitor suggested. No other credit monitors are acceptable to use at this time. Upon selecting your consultation, you will be directed to the suggested credit monitoring page after your consultation registration. Engaging and/or obtaining your credit report with us will not reduce or lower your credit scores. The consult fee secures your appointment and is non-refundable. No partial payments and/or refunds are provided. We do not refund for cancellations. Stop payment and charge backs are not allowed and will remove you from any enrolled free or fee based program(s) immediately. If you opt to use our fully done for you services to address your credit repair needs, as a onetime courtesy, the consult fee may be applied as a 1 time credit towards services after your consultation was completed. The onetime courtesy credit must be used within 30 calendar days of consultation request and date of purchase and is not transferrable.
